Leslie earned her bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Leslie previously worked for the Continental Companies at two South Florida Hotels and is currently involved in YPO's Americas' Gateway chapter. Her role with the Great Bay Yacht Charters and the Carrousel Yacht is dedicated to ensuring that each event is successful and designed with style.

Leslie has renovated the Carrousel Yacht to reflect South Florida's chic lifestyle. Leslie enjoys working with clients from all over the globe to assist them in the planning of their important corporate event or social celebration aboard the Carrousel Yacht as well as several local yachts available for charter.

Michelle obtained her bachelors degree in Marketing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and earned her Event Planning Certification from Miami Dade College. Prior to joining the Carrousel Yacht Michelle worked for an innovative and recognized wedding website company connecting with many vendors in the South Florida area. Michelle's experience combined with her multicultural and bilingual background provides her with a strong advantage for creating personalized events. She is currently involved in the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau and is very active in the local event planning industry. Michelle has the skills, knowledge, patience and experience to give each individual client the attention they deserve with a sprinkle of Pizzazz.
